I am always impressed by classic American diners that serve good food with many options. I look forward to going here for breakfast one morning. We stopped by late Sunday afternoon, and there were a few open tables but it looked like there plenty of people around. Service is quick and friendly, and the waitress was happy to give me suggestions on her favorites.

I love shakes, and they had plenty of flavors - peanut butter is awesome. They aren’t cheap - about $4.50 each - but the shake is acutally about two glasses full, so maybe it’s worth it.

I got the Super Burger with a turkey patty and onion rings. I was so full but I kept eating those awesome onion rings anyway. My boyfriend got the “fit fries” instead of regular fries, and I don’t know what exactly made them “fit” but they tasted like normal fries to me. They also offer fruit or cottage cheese instead of fried foods. How great is that? Like I said, this place gives you a lot of good options for whatever food-mood you’re in.

I’m definitely going back here often.

Safari Tech Books Online

I noticed that last night that the Seattle Public Library offers free access to Safari Tech Books Online, which has a searchable database of tech books, including the O’Reilly ones.

All you need is a free library card.

Scroll down to login with your library card and PIN and then it redirects you to the book site.

I already knew the Seattle Public Library was awesome, but this just makes it even better.
